Relations are strained between Donna and Eric because she keeps beating him at basketball and other games and then gloats about it. To make things worse, the guys wonâ€™t stop calling Eric a wuss. Donna is puzzled; she tells Midge, because she and Eric have always had great times playing games and itâ€™s never mattered before who won. Midge says that theyâ€™ve become adults and the rules have changed. Women have to let men feel superior. Donna thinks this is ridiculous, but Jackie cautions her that Eric will never be her boyfriend if she beats him at stuff. Jackie is driving Kelso crazy because she expects him to talk to her on the phone for hours on end. Since Redâ€™s hours have been cut at the plant, he spends all his time around the house fixing things that arenâ€™t broken. Kitty plays along, although she wants to shoot him. Donna and Eric play basketball again; she tries not to cleverly to throw the game and wins, but clearly heâ€™s upset. Kitty tires to give Eric some perspective, telling him that she and Red have played many games over the year without keeping score just to have fun. Kelso half-heartedly rebels against Jackieâ€™s demands but immediately gives in when she gets angry. A frustrated Kelso tells the guys that they can laugh, but heâ€™s the only one whoâ€™s "getting some." And Donna and Eric play a game of basketball without keeping score and have a great time, but later Red informs Eric that he lost and insists on drilling him to make him a better player.
